First things first, LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK to warn other buyers!!

I've had lots of questions about this so i've decided to give you an easy step by step guide on how to do it.

Step 1. Go to the report counterfeit items contact form here:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_us/_base/index_4.html

Step 2. On the contact form select these options (then click continue)

Step 3. Click the Email Us link

Thats it! Literally a 1minute job.

What you then need to do after that is email the sellers details to your nearest trading standards office (which you can find HERE simply enter your postcode)

Nike could stop them if they stepped in. The VeRo programme is there to protect patents, copyright, intellectual property rights etc. etc., Nike would only have to write a letter to them and that would be that for every seller reported by Nike.

As mere eBay mortals we can still do something though. The Community Watch (or some such title) is there for ordinary eBayers to report dodgy goings-on. Also, always pay with Paypal. That way, if you've been burned and the seller won't refund you can put in a claim and get your money back.
