Whats everyone been doing over the past year?
2009 was, for me, a very relaxing one, if a little stressful at times.
The theme of the Summer was; BBQ.
I discovered I have a knack for playing blues music and it's now something that me and a few friends are pursuing.
I flew 8 times and got over my fear of flying (still dream about crash-landing into water though)
Did Vegas and I intend to go back in the next 10 years before it all closes down.
I enjoyed Christmas. I didn't have a pint thrown at me by my Dad's wife - result!
2010 is, as yet, unplanned. Apart from Bee moving in which I'm really looking forward to. _________________ Break it off, come and floss. Let me taste your apple sauce...

Spot on year for me 2009. Got a new job in January (after being unemployed for four months), paid off loads of debts and got with the lady friend. Also much further along DJ'ing wise in Newcastle, putting on our own nights and such nowadays.
All good really. 2010 has been quiet so far but good.

hey,
for me the first half of 2009 wasn't much crack at all as I was unemployed, very skint, and generally not very much enjoying myself in life.
but the final quarter was reasonably good...
seen as though am i now debt free and don't really have any major constraints; i decided to go to Uni and study a course which encompasses some of my interests.
my younger brother really enjoyed his time at Uni (new friends etc) and did very well with his studies. so he kind of helped and encouraged me to give it a go.
and so far so good, things are going well. im enjoying been free of constraints, am enjoying the student lifestyle, and its been good getting to know new people.
or, and the birds, there is tons... i have never known anything like it.
im also hoping for a short holiday, or to do a little bit of travelling (probably on my tod) once i have finished my first year. providing, ofcourse, I can get job to fund it in the summer.
so yes, things are cool. |
