old rifters might remember a guy called arsbaygassi, he scammed me on some rifts. a pair of baseballs which were 2 odd shoes, blatent rejects or fakes and also some others (anyone remember) plus alot of other people had problems with him.
anyway i won some rifts recently AGAIN (by mistake - i didnt know it was him) off credcendo89 and paid £17 postage on them! yet they still aint here. im not saying this guy is still bad but he scammed alot of people under the old username so be careful, if these ones i won turn up i'll update u all.
the negs he had on his old account include:
 Don't trust this man he's a liar BE CAREFULL he tried to F... me wit fake pics!
Seller never shipped.Then I had a hard time getting paypal credit.Never again
Sneakers were not as described...........
Never contacted me, Never returned my emails! Sell to other w/ better offer?
never contacted me, never returned my emails BEWARE!!!!
no contact after three weeks. Horrible seller......sent numerous emails..
Lives in Hong Kong more trouble than he's worth,A real pain in the ass

When he was arsbayagassi or whatever the stupid name was, did me out of some rifts at about £70 they were, cant remember the colour but i remember paypal telling me id lost my money  |

HE'S f*ckin SCAMMED ME AGAIN!!!
THE RIFTS THAT I SAID HADNT ARRIVED, I FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL..

I'm so sorry to inform you that i can't ship out the shoe to you temporary,because Paypal has been limited my account.I can't take out the money from my account.I know that was unfair to you but i haven't enough money to ship out the products to all buyers.I hope you that can push up to paypal to restore my account.Thanks!

| advice to all...if you can use a credit card when buying things on ebay...if they scam you and paypal dont give you the money back...then ur card company will simple as.... |

yeh but it takes months to process doesnt it?? last time i tried to do that i had to wait ages. also that only applies when uv actually used your card, not if uv had the funds in paypal

yes tim, i know you must use your card!!!! as stated in other post ...In my mind its like this....paypal wont give you, your money back. Your out of pocket...use credit card and you get your money back......withing 6-10 weeks i know which one ill do...i.e using your credit card is logical.
it also depends which company you are with. But hey i rather get my money back in six months then not get it back at all!!!!! |

yeh but i nearly always have funds in paypal which is why i cant use my card. i tend to treat paypal a bit like play money, spending £300 on my bank card for rifts seems alot but £300 paypal doesnt seem so bad. mad i know but its just so easy to fall into the trap when u use paypal alot. i agree with u bout not gettin ya money back paypal are sh*te! they never wanna know and rarely u'll get your money back.

| i know play money i do that so ur not the only 1...i see credit card as that also lol well heres what i do i transfer to my partners paypal if i have funds. hold it there while ill pay with credit card....then transfer to mine long way round i know , but i have learnt the hard way...credit cards the way for me unless i trust the seller. Also i think tim, you can choose the more funding options then select credit card. |
